The Apprenticeship Program at Sy & Partners aims to blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience across various legal domains, including but not limited to Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Special Projects, and Energy and Power. The program runs from June to September, and is open two law students who have completed at least their second year of law school.

For the duration of the program, each intern shall work closely with one (1) partner and one (1) associate. Under the guidance of their supervising lawyers, interns are able to gain hands-on experience and get to handle a variety of legal matters. Applicants will be asked during their individual interview will be asked if they have a field of practice or sector that they are particularly interested in. This will be taken in to consideration when assigning the intern to their respective supervising lawyers."
